Description of project:
Zydus Cadila develops and manufactures a large range of pharmaceuticals as well as diagnostics, herbal products, skin care products and other OTC products; it also exports branded formulations to 43 countries worldwide. SAUTER Race has been working with Zydus Cadila for more than a decade in various plants. In Zydus Main Plant, Zydus BSV Pharma and Zydus Hospira Oncology, SAUTER Race has done the validation for CFR 21. The project described here concerns the headquarters in Ahmedabad where SAUTER Race has successfully completed the migration of Sauter EY2400 platform to Sauter EY3600 platform without affecting production.
Task:
The BMS system comprises three PDMs (PCs) connected through LAN with a server PC and seven communication buses.
The seven communication buses throughout the plant cover a distance of more than 12 km and all the plants are monitored through any of the PCs.
Third-party systems have been also integrated.
Critical plants are provided with duct CFM control to ensure proper air flow.
Major departments are provided with dehumidifiers for rh control and are controlled by BMS.
